The rooms were beautiful and spotless, the staff were pleasant. The bathroom was clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Location: the hotel was near restaurants and shopping, Arrowhead Stadium and Independence...

This hotel was lovely place for exploring Independence, liked it and property's professional staff in all areas. The setting was good, so close to restaurants. Ate at Quiznos, it's relatively close to the venue.

The bed of mine was awful.

The location is close to everything. The room was clean, always a plus. I particularly liked how they maintained the cleanliness of the hotel.

I loved how easy it was to visit the historic Harry S Truman National Historic Site, just under 6 km from my stay-both spots made my weekend in Independence nice.

The kitchenette suite provided ample space and a functional layout, promising. The hotel had a nice location close to local attractions.

The overall experience was marred by serious cleanliness issues and unprofessional staff interactions.

The coffee was decent at least, but it would have been nice to have something more for breakfast.

There were concerns about locked entrances and an overall unwelcoming atmosphere. Despite the chaotic experience, I appreciated the potential the hotel has for improvement.

Free Wi-Fi and tv were great, but the non-smoking room smelled odd.

Room had air conditioning, tv, and a private bathroom with towels and linens. Key card access was convenient. I loved the wake-up service and the overall coziness of the space. The staff was attentive, and I appreciated the cleanliness throughout. Good location made it easy to grab food nearby.

Me and my partner stayed one night and loved the cozy king room with its comfy bed. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect. While noise from the hallway was a bit distracting, it didn't ruin our stay at all 😊
